Hazard descriptionIn rare cases, the quick connect AC plug may present a risk of overheating and burns in cases where it has been installed not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
RemedyThe manufacturer has initiated a modification programme to warn customers of the risk and arrange for on-site inspection and repair of affected products. Owners of affected products who require further information should contact: sigenservice.uk@sigenergy.com You do not need to contact Sigenergy if: Your EC controller was installed and commissioned after February 2026 (as your product is unaffected) Your product has already been replaced
