Hazard descriptionThe affected adapters present a serious risk of electric shock and fire as they do not feature any safety shutters, therefore allowing access to live parts. The 3-pin plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and may not make a secure connection with the mains socket as the plug pins are positioned too close to the edge of the adapter.
