Hazard description	The wheel hub may be improperly assembled or installed without the proper markings to identify the part, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Non-compliance	Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 123, "Motorcycle Controls and Displays."
Remedy	FLYE will replace the rear wheel hub, free of charge, or repurchase the vehicle. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 15, 2026. Owners may contact FLYE customer service at 646-961-5177 or email support@flyebike.com.
