Defect	Issue: On certain vehicles the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 18S32 (Transport Canada recall no. 2018-577) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a another repair is required. On certain vehicles, the canister purge valve (CPV) may stick open and cause the fuel tank to deform. If this happens, the fuel gauge could read incorrectly and there could be a loss of power to the wheels. Note: This recall is an expansion of Transport Canada recall no. 2018-577.
