Defect	Issue: On certain trucks, the second-row seat belt anchors may not be properly attached. As a result, the seat belt(s) could detach in a crash. Safety Risk: A seat belt that detaches could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, secure the second-row seat belt buckle(s) to the body.
