Non-complianceA manufacturing defect in the affected second-stage regulators can restrict the flow of breathing gas at depths exceeding 45 metres. The regulator may not deliver sufficient breathing gas when required.
RemedyStop using affected regulators immediately. Do not use the regulator until it has been inspected and verified as safe to use. Please return the regulator to the place of purchase or an authorised Apeks service centre. Affected regulators will be inspected and, if necessary, repaired free of charge by qualified technicians using approved Apeks replacement components. If you are unsure whether your regulator is affected, please contact your local Apeks dealer for customer support or further assistance.
