DefectSome replacement parts for the driver's airbag inflator (inflation device) have inadequate moisture prevention for the gas generant. Therefore, if the vehicle is repaired and this inflator is installed and continues to be used, the gas generant may deteriorate due to repeated large temperature changes in a high-humidity environment, and the inflator container may rupture when the airbag deploys.
