Defect	In the seatbelt tensioner of the front seatbelt, due to improper manufacturing management of internal components, when the pretensioner mechanism activates during a collision, the locking mechanism that maintains the seatbelt's restraint force may not operate correctly. As a result, the seatbelt may loosen, potentially reducing occupant protection performance during a collision.
