Defect	In the hydraulic pump for travel in tire rollers, due to improper management of equipment used to process pin links within the pump, some pin links may have insufficient strength due to processing defects. As a result, wear on these pin links progresses, and the pin links may detach within the pump, damaging other internal components. In the worst case, the parking brake may become impossible to release, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
