Hazard description	Risk of death or serious injury and/or property damage if the ramp collapses and causes heavy equipment to topple or fall. Incidents of the ramp failing have occurred.
Non-compliance	The ramps are missing a structural reinforcement at the top of the ramp, which may cause the ramp to fail while in use.
Remedy	Stop using the affected ramps immediately. Affected units do not have a 10 mm flat-bar reinforcement welded along the top connection plate at the end of the ramp that attaches to the trailer.
