DefectIssue: On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the body control module (BCM) to reset while driving. As a result, the ignition could switch off and cause a loss of power to the wheels. It could also cause a loss of certain controls, warning lights, malfunction tell-tales and rearview camera system. Safety Risk: A loss of power to the wheels, exterior lights that don't work, and/or controls, warnings and tell-tales that don't display could increase the risk of a crash.
