Hazard descriptionThe plug face does not meet the dimensional requirements and the product is not sufficiently earthed. In the event of a fault, accessible metal parts could become live. The user could access these and receive an electric shock. Moreover, the product has inadequate internal construction, including wires soldered directly to live and neutral connections.
