Defect	Kuat Innovations LLC ( Kuat) is recalling certain Pivot V3 swing-away hitch adapter with part numbers PV3D20B or PV3P20B. The hitch tube weld may crack, causing the cross beam to detach. / 后果: A detached cross beam can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
