DefectIssue: On a small number of motorhomes, the bunk bed may not have been installed correctly. As a result, the bunk bed may not be supported properly and could cause a person to fall. Safety risk: Falling from a bunk bed could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Forest River advises not to use the bunk bed until the recall repairs have been completed. Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to install a spacer for the bunk bed.
