DefectIssue: On a small number of motorhomes, the ladder for the bunk may not have been properly secured. As a result, the ladder could detach if you use it. Safety Risk: A ladder that detaches could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: To reduce the safety risk, Forest River recommends ensuring that the ladder is stable and secure until the recall repairs have been completed. Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace the mattress insert with a metal frame to secure the ladder.
