Hazard descriptionXtreme Imports Kapiti is recalling the Xtreme Monkey bars. The climbing ring attachment included with the set is not compliant with toy safety standards. The diameter of the climbing rings may cause head entrapment in a small child which could lead to serious injury or death.
RemedyStop using the climbing ring attachment immediately. Remove and dispose of it, then contact Xtreme Imports Kapiti to arrange a replacement.
