Defect	In the engine of some shovel loaders, due to insufficient design review, there is insufficient clearance between the cooling fan and the fan guard. As a result, if use continues, engine vibration may cause the cooling fan to contact the fan guard, damaging the fan. In the worst case, fragments from the damaged fan could damage the radiator, leading to coolant leakage.
