DefectOn one RV trailer, the anti-siphon vent may not have been installed properly. As a result, gas from the waste water tank could enter the RV. This could also cause the holding tanks not to drain and/or fill properly._x000D_ Sewer gas that enters the RV could increase the risk of injury.
