Defect	A small number of RV trailers were equipped with safety chains that are not strong enough. As a result, if the trailer becomes uncoupled from the tow vehicle, the safety chains could break. This could allow the trailer to detach from the tow vehicle._x000D_ A trailer that separates from the tow vehicle could create the risk of a crash.
