DefectOn certain vehicles, software problems with the powertrain control module (PCM) and engine control module (ECM) could cause the vehicle to enter a fail-safe mode. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels._x000D_ A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.
