Defect	On one RV trailer, the water heater exhaust may not have been routed correctly. As a result, exhaust fumes and carbon monoxide from the water heater could enter the trailer._x000D_ A buildup of exhaust inside the trailer could cause carbon monoxide poisoning.

Remedy	The affected trailer has not been delivered to a customer. Forest River will instruct the dealer to replace the water heater before the trailer is delivered.
