DefectOn certain side-by-side UTVs, the bolts securing the lower seat belt anchors may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the seat belts could loosen or detach._x000D_ Note: This recall only affects certain NorthStar Edition Premium and Ultimate models._x000D_ A seat belt that detaches could create an increased risk of injury.

RemedyTo reduce the safety risk, Polaris will provide you with instructions for how to inspect the seat belt anchor bolts before driving. If any bolts are loose, Polaris advises that you shouldn't use your UTV until the recall repairs are completed. Polaris will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your UTV to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten the seat belt anchor bolts.
