Defect	On certain transit buses, a software problem could cause a turn signal tell-tale to turn on even if the turn signals aren't being used. As a result, the buses may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations._x000D_ A turn signal tell-tale that doesn't work properly could create confusion and increase the risk of a crash.
