DefectOn certain vehicles, the rear trailing arm mount welds could crack and fail. If this happens, the rear trailing arm(s) could separate and cause a sudden loss of control._x000D_ Note: This recall only affects certain Vantage Mobility rear entry wheelchair conversion vehicles built on a Toyota Sienna Hybrid platform._x000D_ A loss of control could create the risk of a crash.
