Defect	Under certain conditions, the scooter could fold while in use. If this happens, there could be a loss of control and/or you could fall from the scooter._x000D_ Note: As these scooters aren't included in a prescribed class of vehicle, this action is not being conducted under the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act._x000D_ A loss of control could create the risk of a fall and/or injury.
