Defect	On a small number of motorhomes, the slide room floor may not have been secured properly. As a result, the slide room floor could detach when extended. Additionally, this problem could cause the seat belts to detach in a crash._x000D_ A floor that detaches could increase the risk of injury. A seat belt that detaches in a crash could create an increased risk of injury.

Remedy	None of the affected motorhomes have been delivered to customers. Forest River will instruct dealers to secure the floor to the walls before the motorhomes are delivered.
