DefectOn a small number of digger derricks, the counterbalance valves may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the counterbalance valves could fail and cause an uncontrolled movement of the boom._x000D_ Uncontrolled boom movement could increase the risk of injury to the operator and nearby people.
