Defect	On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the driver video display (instrument cluster) to go blank while driving. If this happens, you may not be able to see certain information about the vehicle, including the speedometer, warnings, and tell-tales. Remedy	General Motors will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the video display control module software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a GM dealership.
