Defect	On certain transit buses, a software problem could cause a turn signal indicator light to stay on instead of flashing when a turn signal is used. As a result, the buses may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations._x000D_ A turn signal indicator that doesn't work properly could create confusion and increase the risk of a crash.
