DefectOn certain vehicles, the second-row head restraints may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, they may not be able to lock in the upright position. Note: This recall affects both the Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee L models. Safety Risk: A head restraint that's not positioned correctly could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
