DefectOn certain vehicles, the body seams may not have been sealed properly. As a result, water could leak into the body control module (BCM). If this happens, the front and rear side marker lights, taillights and license plate lights may not work and/or flicker._x000D_ Exterior lights that don't work and/or flicker could make the vehicle less visible to others and increase the risk of a crash.

RemedyFord will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the body seams for proper sealing. The dealer will also inspect and, if necessary, replace the BCM.
