DefectOn a small number of vehicles, the parking pawl return spring in the electric drive module may not have been installed correctly. As a result, when the transmission is shifted to Park, the vehicle could move if the parking brake isn't applied._x000D_ A parked vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash.

RemedyTo reduce the safety risk, FCA Canada recommends that you should always use the parking brake when you park. FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the electric drive module.
