Defect	On certain transit buses, the cooling pumps for the electrical and/or mechanical cooling packages could fail and cause a loss of power to the wheels._x000D_ A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. A bus that is disabled could result in a transfer of passengers in an uncontrolled environment, which may create a risk of injury.
