As a result, water could enter the rear combination lamps and cause the reverse lamps, brake lamps, taillamps and rear turn signals not to work._x000D_ Brake lights, reverse lights and/or turn signals that don't work could cause a person not to recognize that a vehicle ahead is braking, backing up or about to turn. Tail lights that don't work could make the vehicle less visible to others. All these issues could increase the risk of a crash.
