DefectIn the travel motor relief valve of shovel loaders, (1) due to an improper manufacturing process, the glide ring installed in the guide inside the relief valve may experience abnormal wear. (2) Due to an improper seating structure of the internal pin spring, the pin spring may detach and break. As a result, the relief valve may not be able to maintain pressure, leading to a decrease in the hydraulic pressure for driving the travel motor, and in the worst case, the vehicle may become unable to move forwards or backwards.
