DefectOn a small number of motorhomes, the cotter pin that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal may not have been installed. As a result, the pushrod could detach from the pedal and cause a loss of brakes._x000D_ A loss of brakes can create the risk of a crash.

RemedyTo reduce the safety risk, Forest River advises you not to drive your motorhome until the recall repairs are completed. Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a Ford dealer to arrange for an inspection. The dealer will repair the brake pedal assembly, as necessary.
