Defect	On certain vehicles, a software problem could allow you to close the sunroof remotely without the key fob being near the vehicle. Canadian regulations require the key fob to be in or near the vehicle when closing the sunroof._x000D_ A sunroof that can be closed without the key fob in or near the vehicle could create a risk of injury.
