Defect	On a small number of vehicles, the upper tether anchorage for installing a child car seat may not have been properly welded to the right-hand (passenger side) second-row seatback frame. As a result, the child seat tether strap could detach in a crash._x000D_ A child seat that is not properly secured could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
