DefectThe software supposed to prevent the engine from stopping suddenly and to transmit data to customer service is not working properly. This can lead the ‘Ready’ mode to be unavailable after the vehicle has been started, to an acceleration power's loss and to the engine suddenly cutting out while driving. This increases the risk of accidents and injuries.
RemedyRecall of the product from end users.
