DefectThe indirect tyre pressure monitoring system (iTPMS) may fail to activate the low tyre pressure warning at the required minimum threshold due to incorrect calibration in the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) software. This can result in the warning light not illuminating, illuminating with a delay, or triggering a false warning. In the event of under-inflated tyres, this could increase the risk of an accident.
