Defect	A software issue may cause both the multimedia screen and the instrument cluster to turn completely black when the vehicle is started. When this occurs, the displays do not recover. As a result, the driver cannot see essential driving information such as vehicle speed, fuel level, or warning indicators. Driving without this information increases the risk of an accident.
