Defect	In vehicles fitted with a DV5 diesel engine, the NOx sensor may not have been properly tightened during installation. This may allow exhaust gases to enter the engine compartment and could result in visible exhaust fumes around the engine area, overheating of nearby components, a risk of fire, and increased NOx emissions.
