Defect	In some tires for light trucks and vans, due to insufficient manufacturing control, foreign matter may have been mixed into the tire's constituent materials. As a result, the adhesive strength between the components of the sidewall is insufficient, and during use, air may penetrate between the components, causing a bulge.
