DefectFor the rotating warning lights equipped on road work vehicles, due to an improper manufacturing process for the power switch, some units may not have grease applied to the switch contacts. As a result, if the switch is operated repeatedly, in the worst case, the rotating warning light may turn off while illuminated due to poor conductivity.
