Defect	In the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, due to improper manufacturing control of the pendulum support for the valve flap operating actuator, some pendulum supports may break over time. As a result, the valve flap can no longer switch, and the engine warning light illuminates. If the vehicle continues to be driven, it may no longer meet exhaust gas standards.

Remedy	For all vehicles, the pendulum support for the flap operating adjustment actuator will be replaced with a good part.
