DefectDue to improper manufacturing management, a part that was not correctly welded to the backrest frame has been assembled in the guide sleeve for the center rear seat headrest. As a result, in the event of an impact such as a collision, the headrest guide sleeve may detach from the backrest frame, making it unable to effectively restrain the backward movement of the head and neck of the center rear seat occupant, potentially leading to injury.
