DefectIn some front brake calipers, due to improper equipment management, the strength of the bracket mounting part is insufficient. As a result, cracks may form in the brake caliper bracket mounting part due to loads during driving, and if driving continues, in the worst case, the affected part may break and detach, potentially rendering the front brake inoperable.
ComponentBraking system (front brake caliper)
RemedyInspect the front brake calipers on all vehicles, and if a defective product is installed, replace it with a countermeasure product.
