Defect	Due to an improper manufacturing process in the combined charging unit, some units may have voids near the cooling water circuit in the housing. As a result, coolant leaking from the voids can penetrate the high-voltage circuit board, causing a short circuit and illuminating the warning light. In the worst case, the high-voltage system may cease to function, making the vehicle unable to drive.
