DefectIn the connecting flange bolts in the piping from the engine oil radiator to the oil tank in the engine lubrication system, some have insufficient tightening torque due to improper work instructions. As a result, during use, the bolts may loosen, causing oil to leak from the flange and contact hot parts of the exhaust pipe, potentially leading to a fire in the worst case.
