DefectDue to improper manufacturing management at the B terminal of the starter generator, some fixing nuts for the B+ cable may not have been tightened to the specified torque. As a result, due to vibrations during driving, the nut may loosen and the connection may become loose, increasing resistance, causing the B terminal to abnormally overheat and the warning light to illuminate, potentially leading to a fire in the worst case. Alternatively, the engine may stop during driving, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
